Hey guys,
So first and foremost (which will become obvious pretty quickly) I'm pretty new to betting (started betting daily on baseball in June and moved on to NHL and NBA when MLB season ended).
I was using Leo Vegas and was betting every day throughout the summer so no issues around depositing and then trying to withdraw without betting. On November 14th I decided to withdraw money and ever since then they have been sending me daily emails saying that I need to verify a document (that was previously verified...I have the screen capture of that). And when I say daily I mean literally daily. I've had to re-verify documents a bunch of times and now they've asked me to re-enter my banking information which I have.
I submitted a complaint with Sportsbookreview and have sent them updates on what has been going on but nothing has come of it yet.
I just want to know: is this a thing that happens often and should i just make peace with the idea that they're never going to give me my money ($1,040.96)?
Also in case you're wondering: I signed up to Leo Vegas before I discovered this site which is a pretty dumb move but there it is.
