Always check the live score from somewhere other than the book
Grabbed Penn St live +10.5 when they were up 26-21 on Oh st. Only problem is they were never up 26-21, they were actually down 21-17. Fell for a glitch in bovada's live betting system.

I'm not sure but I think there are rules about live bets being void if the wrong score is shown on the page, (even if the odds are correct). I could be wrong and maybe Bovada has different rules. Either way I hope you have a screen shot. It would probably help or at least speed up your complaint. There are other threads about previous similar issues. I'm sure others will chime in to say what the rules are.

I'll have to double check their rules, but I'm pretty sure bovada says scores shown are not always accurate, or something to that extent. I did take a screenshot of the live score at the end of the game. It read Oh st 28 Penn st 26, but I doubt they'll void the play

Deuce.....I saw the same line with same score from Penn St & OSU today but I just so happened to be watching that game so I caught it before I bet it.
Here is CS @ Bovada this evening after I had waited 15+ minutes for a 2 team parlay (Mich & USC) to be graded. I asked the CS rep was ENGLISH his language because anyone that works at a sportsbook should know betting terminology such as parlay, grading, point spread, etc but this poor guy was clueless. I finally hung up on him after he asked me to repeat my question again!!! Bovada has been unusually slow grading a couple of my wagers recently but somehow games I lost are almost graded before the clock gets all ZEROS!!! Not sure what's going on with Bovada but between long waits for payouts and long wait times for wagers to be graded it seems like they are slipping in there services.
GOOD Luck to yall

always, ALWAYS have a live score from a legit place and never use the book. there is usually a disclaimer somewhere with the live betting that they are not responsible for score accuracy/updates, it's basically just a tool.
i learned that immediately years ago. the odds update real time, but the score always lags behind. for example, i'd see a player in tennis up 40-30, about to break and they'd be +270 or something.. and i'd be thinking "wow, definitely worth the chance." turns out they were deuced and already lost the game, it just didn't update for a minute or two.
i'd be shocked if they even listen to your issue, let alone do something.

dxp.....I bet my whole farm that if the "error" were in the players favor the bet would be voided......the more I read some of the comments on SBR I dare to say that less than 1% of bettors are winning long term. I say that because if you are winning regularly it looks like books will either limit you or tell you your action isn't wanted with their book.
It's the ACTION that we all LOVE.......and if we make a lil $$$ once in awhile it's the icing on the cake

Im guessing you are a novice to live betting and i understand the scoreboard issue. That said, IF the correct score was actually 26-21 (i know it wasnt) and you got +10.5, thats the definition of a bad line and would’ve been cancelled regardless.

Not necessarily. It was the 3rd qtr. Spread was 18.5. 10.5 seemed reasonable.

I got burned for $2k in a very similar situation. Bookmakers response on the phone was their livescore is simply for reference. Not by any means promised to be accurate. Lesson learned
