Hi guys. I am having slight problem with betjamaica payout and I been trying to talk to Scotty since yesterday but everytime I call, he is either on the other line or he's not in the office. So is there anyone else I can speak with regarding my payout @ betjam?? someone else like Scotty who will be able to resolve my issue quickly for me.

ive also had problems with betj.waited for a payout for almost a week.I ended up losin my withdrawal amount befor they paid up.im not very happy with them they shoudnt be a+ more like a c after the custermer service i recieved

more info on my situation??
I requested a payout via bank wire option. once on 23rd and another one on 27th. the one i requested on 23rd came in on 24th. However, the one I requetsed on 27th, I still haven't got it yet. I finally got to talk with Scotty regarding this matter and he said I should get my money by no later than today @ noon est. As of right now(8:03am), I haven't received the money yet. What worries me is when I called betjamaica 2nd time to request a wire, CSR I spoke with refuse to take SWIFT code from me. she said they do not need swift code information. but I used to work @ a bank and I know that if it's a international wire transfer, sender need to have swift code information to send the money. I will find out in about 4 hours.
