Are you sure it has not been credited?

You should see an option on the bet ticket to use Freeplays? It does not appear in your regular balance.

Just talked to customer service on chat, and got the answer: Promotion has been expired We can't add free play to your account. When I asked for an explanation they just copy-pasted this answer to me: Promotion has been expired.
Its beyond ridiculous.

I assume you think you completed the promo in the stated timeframe?

Any chance timezone differences could be a problem? Do you remember if it was near the end of period you did it?

Funny (NOT!), same story, different ending.
I played on this site about three years ago until switching to Bovada. After all the headaches I experience, I decided to quit.
But i got the same email from Betonline. Come back and they took my $30))))) Free play hasn't been credited too.
But I have a MENSA IQ!

I had the same promotion offer from both BOL and Sportsbetting and it said they needed to be $10 hands in the terms & conditions. I find it weird that the same promotion that you received mentions nothing about minimum bet amounts.
