Missing Wagers at LowVig???

    Missing Wagers at LowVig???
    Does anyone else have wagers missing from yesterday (or anytime really)? I placed about 10 wagers for a total stake of about $1000. I received confirmation for all of them, and my available balance went down accordingly.

    Today, I went to grab those wagers from "Pending Wagers" to enter them into my tracking spreadsheet, and THEY'RE ALL GONE. Not only that but the money has been added back to my available funds. And if I go to Transaction History, there is no record of the wagers ever existing.

    I've never seen this before at a BOL affiliated site.

    I guess you've emailed to ask what happened?

    Shoot in a sportsbook complaint form if you want us to ask a manager.

      I sent email concurrently with posting this thread. I wanted to separately find out if it's happened to anyone else. Since it's not just one occurrence, but several separate wagers which have been reversed, I thought maybe it impacted others.

      Should I submit a dispute even if I have an email request pending? I imagine it won't be a manager looking at my email, and I'll get a boilerplate response saying they're sorry but blah blah blah. But the thing is, I'm an experience bettor and an experienced LowVig site user. I know for a fact that all of these wagers were submitted.

        I would wait for a reply and see if there is an explanation first personally.

        Just meant that is an option if you can't get an answer.

        Unusual one to me too.

          Okay, I'll wait.

          The LowVig site has been having intermittent technical issues lately, and I was experiencing this yesterday while placing the bets. However, I assumed that they went through since, as I previously reported: (a) I received confirmation messages, including wager #s, and (b) the stakes were deducted from my available balance. Yeah, it's really weird.

            Got the kind of standard reply that I expected:

            "I hope you're doing great. I've received your inquiry and I'll be happy to assist you. Regarding your request, there's no records of wagers placed or deleted on the 15th and without the ticket number we cannot locate those wagers you're referring to. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you."

            I was hoping there was a widespread system issue or multiple reports of this, but either there wasn't or they're not aware of / admitting it.

            I don't really know if there's anywhere to go from here. Unfortunately, I didn't take screen shots because I've placed almost 5,000 wagers with the BOL family and have never encountered this sort of problem.

            Oh well. It just sucks, I guess.

                That's a frustrating answer when you are so sure.

                We can still ask a manager to check what has happened and if you have been given the right info by CS.
