Seduced by nice bonuses I did deposit, first 500 and 100% bonus, then 50% up to 500 2 times and 3 times 500 with 10% reload. Total deposit 4000 euro my balance is now 3238.75 so i lose some.I did not withdrawal before here and realised it was now time to ( normally i withdraw earlier). I send utility bill and id front back and also picure of me with passpord. This was validaded but they said in email now also a call has to be made for first witdrawal to confirm it is me. I read on internet that they can ask what my first bet was with them etc. I know it is Burnley on first deposit date of sep21. I looked in my account and furthest date back i could select was sep21 but first showing up is on sept25 a Lecce ( serie a )match. I went to chat and they confirmed it was burnley 21 september. Strange.But now it is safe to me to say Burnley i think if asked. Also I first tought I couldnt deposit with bank (because you see no option )only with withdrawal( strange because you need same withdrawal method) and used skrill but last time not enough money in skrill and was directed screen to trustly ( which goes with bank). I think the 1% fee is charged by skrill for uploading from bank.
I have seen this phone call quite a few times on a first withdrawal from several firms, if you answer everything correctly then it should be fine.
I remember they changed their T&C's to exclude almost every country under the sun from using their site, did you check that your country is an allowed country?

The last deposit is not with 1 % fee. Is it still skrill? I went to skrill not enough money redirected screen to trustly.But my bank says moneybookers by global collect ( but no fees just as usual with trustly so 500 not 505 or 1010 as other deposits are with 1 % and show it in my bank account).I see in bettilt account only skrill deposits.But this says not everything because of Burnley match i wrote earlier about.Hopefull clearity about deposit before call.
