    (Redbet) KYC 4+ days and Account blocked
    Waiting now so long for a KYC. What is wrong? Did a review research and i´m shocked:

    Licence from malta, same company as mrgreen.

    live-chat/support can´t help me, always the same answer:

      Trustpilot reviews mean nothing. Look for PayPal or Neteller reviews.

      Be patient and don't worry. I'm pretty sure they are legit and you will receive your money soon if you didn't make anything wrong.

          Hi lonnie,
          yes the review of paypal and neteller is worster then everything else but i read some reviews and it is kinda different.
          paypal mostly because of support and buyer protection
          neteller mostly support, fee ect.

          but redbet it is more about the kyc procedure and account suspension, so which is my problem right now...

          be patient but how long mate? everything legit, i got limited with unibet so i choose one bookie with the same odds, i don´t even have a account with mrgreen.
          hope you are right and they gonna pay my winnings....

              William Hill own Mr Green, which if memory serves me right, you are the same guy who had issues with KYC there as well. Mr Green acquired Redbet before being bought out by William Hill, so it's possible that William Hill are in control of Redbet now.
              Sportsbooks use software to verify documents. If that fails and they can't verify your address through public records either, you're going to run into problems or extended delays in getting verified. Considering it only took me ten minutes to get verified at William Hill, that's the only explanation I have.
