Nitrogen grading issue.. do I have a gripe?

So I bet this Polish hockey match:

Note the time I made the bet and the time the match was listed to start. After I make the bet I check out flashscore and see just 1 match happening in this league, and it’s already in the 2nd period with a 2-1 score. I can’t imagine they’d be an hour and a half off on the start time and the way they list the 2 teams on flash score don’t completely line up with how they are on my bet slip so I don’t think much of it

After a bit I cant find any other score except this one:

Clearly they had their start time way off, and now they are grading my over bet as a loss. Anything I can do here? I’d never knowingly bet a past posted line as I bet too much with Nitrogen and would never risk getting banned. And even if I did, in this case why would I bet over 9.5 when it’s 2-1 after 2 periods?

find conrete proof of what time match started and contact support... they will fix it if what you say is true

You would have to try to find someone who bet the under and see how it was graded.
for a normal book I would think a simple talk with customer service would get your bet voided, especially if you have a clean reputation with them of betting already started games. But nitrogen can be funny sometimes so I’m not sure how helpful they will be

Now support is telling me it actually did start at 12:30 EST, which I know isn’t true because as soon as I placed the bet I went to flashscore to track the score and saw 2-1 at end of second period. Which makes sense for a hockey match that started at 11am to be finishing up 2 periods about 90 minutes later

Either way it definitely started before 12:30pm

And now support is telling me the match was scheduled for 12pm but actually started at 12:30pm

I asked them nicely to show me any evidence this match started at 12:30pm

You say that you saw a score of 2-1 right after placing the bet. That's when you should have contacted them about the bet.
Waiting until after the game ended and lost to contact them, looks like you were taking a shot at them. If it wins, say nothing and hope that it get paid and if it loses, try to get it cancelled because it had already started.

I would use VPN from Poland and do a in depth search you may find some social media account that posted the game start or tweet about a play or something

Flashscore was showing Krakow v PZHL Katowice U23

I don’t know Polish hockey team names, coupled with Nitro usually being pretty accurate with start times at first I really didn’t think twice

Looking back, I should have alerted them considering as it turned out i would have needed 7 freaking goals in the 3rd period to win my bet

I actually found a couple that did say 11:30. But I saw the score at 12:30 and know for a fact they were well into the second period at that point.

Something similar happened to me with nitrogen. I bet a euro hockey game and went to flash score and my team was down 4 to 0 in the third period when I placed the bet 5 minutes ago. They refunded my wager as well even though it lost. They play fair. It's just frustrating because their lines a lot of times are left up too long. If I bet a late line by mistake I don't want them to think I'm cheating. With foreign games I never double check to see if the game started or not
