Rebate Wager - UK Payment Methods

After seeing all the positive feedback about Rebate Wager I contacted them to see if they accept UK players. They do, but only the only deposit methods are MoneyGram and Western Union.
I have never used these payment methods.
Is either ** or ** a viable option or will the fees be too much, or not secure?

** in the states is only like $9 and ** is usually much higher. Both are very easy to do and yes they reimburse you when depositing.
