this exact thing happened to a few of us a while ago at 9wickets very similar email too....It took about a week and SBR Optional did contact them too and helped....all ended good as we where all innocent and just got caught up in someone else's investigation...If you are innocent you have nothing to worry about except they will hold funds until the investigation is done with very limited details which sucksComment -

I used them a lot since AC88 had issues with orbitx and only the winfair product I’ve opened...I like the AC88 dashboard account system better but I will say I have zero complaints about odyssey....they are very professional and prompt in email and chat, I like the 1 confirmation for quick deposit and my payouts have taken 10 minute tops....granted a small sample size 3 withdrawls and 10 or so deposits but so far excellent and they seem eager to make a good name for themselves....I’m glad you found an outlet to wager as I would go nuts with no exchangeOriginally posted by Foosball ChampComment -

Whatever the result is, AC is not the same AC unfortunately. The management change efffected their policy and attitude towards players. Still, a reliable company but not like in the past. I don't prefer to keep much funds in AC. I think it's better to slip between other broker companies such as BetinAsia. Very happy with them so far.Comment -
AC is still good, but their bad practice (accepting US players, bad KYC policies, usage of personal Skrill/Neteller account) lost them the Matchbook deal. They will still pay you out and it is almost impossible to get screwed by them (Opti has good relationship with them from what I know). BetInAsia also lost Matchbook (they don't give private accounts no more, not sure about their Molly), but it has been reported that BIA shaves off the odds (around 0.02 or so) from the real bookmaker's odds so I can't say I like their business model either... If you are referred by someone, you could get full odds, but other than that I wouldn't recommend them.Comment -
