BOL Racebook dispute canceled bet when track has official payout

Last Saturday Monmouth Park the weather was hot so all non stake races where a late scratch after first leg was completed so leg 2 and 3 are "all" according to official track results

these wagers that are winners at the track or through ADW where cancel by BOL
$1 Pick 4 (6 / 2, 8, 11 / 2, 5 / 2, 4, 6) $70.20 should be credit
$ 0.5 Pick 4 (6 / 11 / 2, 5 / 4, 6) $11.70 should be credit

payout per official track $0.50 Pick-4 (3,4,5,6/ALL/ALL/6) Paid $5.85 (4OF4)


BOL canceled the tickets per management decision even though the race book rules state

Scratches involving multiple race wagers (pick 3s, 4s and 6s) are subject to the host tracks official rules. A horse scratching does not refund these ticket parts automatically. Winning tickets for multiple race wagers are refunded to your account based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. It is customary for said runners to be included with the winning horse if, and only if, the race is won by the post time favorite. In the event that a horse is scratched in a multiple race wager, and it is not in the first leg, the track will give you the post time favorite or the consolation. The decision is left to the host track. If a horse is a late scratch and the host track pays out consolations, BetOnline will also pay the same consolations. If the host track deems a scratch as a full refund, BetOnline will also refund any parts of multiple horse combinations accordingly.

should I get paid for this??? or are they correct canceling per BOL management decision as I read the official BOL rules to say host track rules apply as there was an official payout

No I have adw with xpressbet tvg twinspires but only use them for certain bets like rainbow pic 6 or other gimmicks at times...I much rather use offshore with rebates, track odds and wagers not going into pools...

OK THx. Yeah if I was in your boots would stick to ADW. Would not worry about the pools. I pretty much gave up on offshore. GL. I am also under assumption that ADW's have some sort of rebate deal. NYRA Bets gives out points for each wager. Not sure how you redeem it though.

The ADW rebates are crap.....offshore is much better 7% and on smaller tracks huge bump with no money going into pools...the biggest reason was tax on signer tickets but thats gone w new law

OK gotcha. I just would not want to go through hassle of getting paid from offshore. But understand your reasoning. I do not get involved the BTC deal.

the other big reason is having access to betfair which has been huge for me.....I filed a complaint we will see what happens with the BOL tickets as the rules seem pretty clear to me that host track rules apply

BOL has gone downhill, there have been so many complaints lately. I think the book should be downgraded.

When it comes to horse racing,almost all offshore books are clueless.BOL is among the worst,of course you should be paid the bet but they don't understand,I could tell you horror stories about what i went through with them and other books over horse bets over the years,I finally had to just bet with usa ADW'S

just file a complaint . SBR has great communication with BOL and will obviously get your funds in this clear case.

They made an error the front people dont understand their rules or even probably what your saying but behind the scenes with SBR help they are sharp and SBR has shown many times on this board they get errors corrected and players taken care of in disputes or misunderstandings.

Yea I filed one yesterday...bol cs has been responsive but same answer and your right many books not just BoL just don’t understand their own racebook rules

same thing 4th leg was declared an "all" due to rain and off turf so even though I had the winner #2 all runner paid which I had (5) in 4th leg so I was due 5 X $93.10( $465.50) + 30 x $1.80 ($54 for 4 of 5's which was paid and credited to my account) so BOL needs to credit me $465.50

what is aggravating is that it is a simple fix that first level CS should be able to do but it takes so long once they need manager review. The results posted even on the BOL result feed tab shows the right result and the 4 of 5 was paid out right but nothing on the 5 of 5. I'm sure they will fix but time matters esp in horses

CS people are used to bettors being wrong when they say a grading is incorrect, plus sports betting and racing rules are actually kind of complicated and if they are not bettors themselves most really don't understand much. I'm sure a manager will get it fixed
