I am new to this site, i’ve heard that they can solve unpaid customers like me. Here is my story: i’ve been a 1xbet bettor for almost a year now. I’ve won and lost without a problem until today, i won up to 41000$CAD. This is not a small amount!! They decided not to let me withdraw and aak for documents, i sent it to them as requested but received an email from today saying that i violated their policy and that they will close the account!! This is ridiculous!! I need help as much as possible, can anyone help out here?? I am talking about 40k+CAD!!

Hi mikkke - There are many complaints about 1xbet with people still waiting for money and they don't always give much information to SBR. But once someone is assigned to your complaint they'll be in contact with you via email and they'll do their best to get an answer for you. As Pinoy asked did they tell you what policy you violated?Comment -

the screenshots i have are my personal details and my balance. i checked my emails last night and i forgot that i requested my bet history as well before they closed my account, so again luckily i have that too but only from a certain period. right now i am waiting on an answer from SBR analyst, im not too sure what else i can do. =/Comment -

If they have a "Pro Not Welcome" policy, you are D.O.A. with this. Unless you have written proof of what they consider what a "Pro" to be, they can define the term "Pro" to mean anything they want. Why you guys continue to fall for these scams is way beyond me. Just read some of the complaints in this site and you should get the hint. no it was not my first withdrawal but it's the first time i get to 41k. They are probably saying that it's against their policy to have multiple accounts at the same address? my brother's account is open but inactive...closing mine would be so unfair since i registered mine before his =/Comment
