betwinner withdrew my profit

Hello

I have an account on the betwinner gambling site where I was making 12,000 in profit. At the time I was withdrawing the site claimed that I broke the rules by creating multiple accounts, and I only have one account in my name. So they canceled all my bets and let me withdraw only the amount I deposited. After I withdraw the amount of the deposit they deleted my account and no longer reply to email. Can anybody help me?

Asprobet.com owed me 2257 euros.
The last 2 weeks they have cancelled all my withdraw attempts via credit card ********** and ****
and suggested me to proceed my withdraws with e-wallet an option which isn't available on their website even for deposit or withdraw.
I have send them all the requested documents and have been accepted
(even a photo of me,holding my national id in front of my pc showing our last email conversation)
They are sending automated messages without helping at all with my issue.
Is anyone here who paid from Asprobet or had the same issues?

Finally,
i get paid all the money that owed me.
There was some issues withdrawing with credit card,
but they have been solved.
