Hello!
I'd like to tell my story about betting in Betjoe. I registered my account at November 2019. I made several bets in a week. And my winnings and losses was not so big. Also I load my documents for verification and they was approved. So, my account was fully verified in December 2019. During December I made few withdrawl request and they were fully paid out during few days. In January 2020 I decided to increase my bets (Betjoe offers high limit for popular markets). I bet only for NBA, for moneyline. At first I lost more than 2000 USD, but after that I win 4500 USD (my current balance).
I decided to withdrawl part of my money. I made withdrawl request at 4th January after two days it was canceled without any reason. I sent e-mail to support@betjoe.com with questions about this cancelation but I didn't get any answer. I made one more withdrawl request at 7th January. It was also canceled after few days. I tried to contact with them by e-mail, contact form at site, by offline form in their chat. I get no answer from them. After it 10th January I made third withdrawl request for all my winnings. And one more time send messeges to them in e-mail, chat, contact form.
After it they blocked my account. And answered FIRST time to my letter. Their answer:

"Hello,

Your account is currently under review by our payments department (payments@betjoe.com)

I have forwarded your email to Arthur, he will be taking care of your case.

Albert
BetJOE Support Team"

Today I send them (to payments@betjoe.com) letter with inquiry about my situation. And I will write here what they answer. Withdrawl/Deposit methods I didn't change. All my last bets was on big markets (NBA moneyline). So, can anyone help me with that situation? As I read in this thread, Betjoe is very often slow pay. If someone had the same problems with them? Please, share your experience and give me advice.
Also, right now I make complaint at https://www.sportsbookreview.com/ I hope they can help me.

I have no updates. Betjoe haven't answered my e-mails from 20th January. Betjoe haven't paid out my money from 4th January.
