This is unreal......Michael this actually happened to me today. I PM'ed them and asked if I could still get the 50% bonus. They said yes.....I deposit 2k and they don't credit the account with the bonus. I PM'd back and the next person says yes again and that she will get it credited. I log back on and see I got the 25% bonus. I PM again for the 3rd time and this time the guys says sorry we can't do the 50% bonus as it has expired.

If you send in a sportsbook complaint form SBR can probably get a manager to review this for you.

I appreciate it......but not gonna make this a big deal. I emailed them and told them to take the 25% bonus off. I was just gonna play through the deposit and pull my money and go elsewhere. They sent the email below.

There is certainly a failure to communicate here. I have given up on the customer service there and will take the 25% freeplay as I'm tired of the stupidity. This was certainly a painful experience.
