Bet365 void unfair bets of mine

Hello and welcome all. I'm sorry that my first post will be complaint, but I want to inform you about how Bet365 unfair void my bets and to a lot of other people.

This is about friendly game between Rilski Sportist (Bulgaria) and Craiova (Romania). I have one pre-game bet on -7.5 for Rilski Sportist and live -3.5 again for Rilski Sportist. With 05:07 the game is blocked in Bet365 live console and result was 86:78 for Rilski. Than the game was removed from live console and latter on Rilski official site confirmed that the games was suspended with "about 5 minutes to end" and result was 86-78. Also in the news they wrote this:
"To bring the score after the third part and a difference of 8 points after 35 minutes. "


They wrote after 35 minutes, not after 34 minutes, so after 35 minutes mean that remaining time of the game is less than 5 minutes and Bet365 should count and settle all the bets on this game.
Bet365 rule is that if the remaining time is 5 minutes or less the bet stands and will be settled. (This is the link for the news - http://rilskibasket.com/news/rilski-...-kontrolata-si)

First spread was -12.5 for Rilski, than it dropped to -7.5 , this mean that a lot of people bet for +12.5 for Craiova and after this a lot of people bet for Rilski on -7.5. Also Rilski were down live by more than 10 points and a lot of people also bet for their ML win. And if Bet365 settled all the bets they have to pay a lot of money.
Of course all my money bet on this event were blocked for over 12 hours. Then bet365 voided the bets. I contacted them sending the link from Rilski Sportist official website. The money bet365 should pay me are 1598 BGN (pure profit) and they offered me... 300 BGN as a gesture of goodwill This is less than 20% from the money they have to pay me and they called this "gesture of goodwill". They told me that they have official infromation from... "in game scout" which is funny because this is guy linked with Bet365 and it can't be official. Especially when I quote one of the teams official website (Craiova page , FB and twitter haven't been updated from months). Of course I rejected this goodwill and explain them the facts and that they should pay. The response from live chat was that they need some time to reconsider this. As a part of a betting group I can confirm that they pay the full pure profit to a lot of people as a "gesture of goodwill" (Up to 400 BGN pure profit) but for me they offered me less than 20% on the same case Also I have friend of mine who bet this game at 1xbet and they pay the full amount of money (They are with the same rules as Bet365). I won't accept anything less than my full pure profit as a resolution of this case and if they refuse to pay I will send complaint to IBAS and my local regulator (Bulgarian State of Gambling) and I will fill official complaint here to SBR. For now I only write this case in your forum to warn you to be aware of this bookmaker and how they settled unofficial games.

You will have a tough argument trying to convince them the incident reporting times they pay for are wrong.

Plus their rules say grading is based on that source.

I would suggest taking the goodwill offer.

I'm not for 300 BGN (150 euro). With them or without them I won't be a billionaire. The problem is that I don't trust Bet365 anymore and they lost one loyal customer. You can see that I'm with double stakes (460 BGN/250 euro is standart limit) mine are twice. The problem is that if they are convinced that they're right they won't pay goodwill to any of their customers. What they're actually doing? For customers with lower sums like 100 , 150 BGN - they pay immediately the full amount. Also I saw that they paid full amount of 424 BGN to a customer and for me and 2 friends of mine which are with big stakes on this game for over 1000 BGN - they told us "We need some time to investigate the case" and than they offer something like 20-25% of the amount which is joke. My moral doesn't cost 300 BGN.

It could be seen as syndicate betting...or multi accounting especially if the majority of bets are the same.

I suggest you take their offer and be thankful you got that much. If you antagonise them, you could walk away with nothing.

Talking about betting "friends" all making the same bet WILL make any book suspicious of you.

Honestly, take the goodwill offer, it's a decent offer and doesn't mean they think they are wrong, just that their data source used for grading does not agree with all other info out there. They do this all the time when people get frustrated over the difference between grading by the rules and "reality".
