    Bookmaker 5plusbet blocked my account

    My ID in this bookmaker - 3600756
    Bookmaker 5plusbet on June 25 blocked my account after I on June 23 requested all the money from the account (92,87 usd) for withdrawal to the skrill. Reason - "For monitoring and verification we use the services of independent experts, as well as a special department, which revealed the creation of a multi-account (registration of more than one account on the site 5plusbet).
    In accordance with the rules of 5plusbet, such accounts are subject to blocking and cancellation rates (rule No. 10.7)
    Your account has been suspended for policy violations. "
    It's all lies, I have only one account for my real documents. At the same time, he was verified and before I received payments on it.

                          I can see that you exchanged a bunch of messages with a dispute agent.

                          Who told you we made multiple attempts to engage 5plusbet in discussion.


                          Sometimes dodgy books like this just refuse to respond and there is no angle to pressure them into it.

                                        Hello guys, Isent a few weeks ago a complaint aga inst the online casino 5plusbet about a payment.Date i sent the first email was 09-01-2020.Unfortunately until today i have not received any answer on my complaint and i sent one extra email as a reminder to get feedback on my complaint.Could you please help me to inform me what is the status of my complaint?
