    Question
If you move to london can you open a moneybookers account and other online Euro accounts like betfair? And do some "U.S. books" restrict bonuses of Euro players? If I move to London for 1 year am I still considered a Euro player from the U.S.'s books prospective. When I say U.S. book.. i mean places like bookmaker, betjamaica, betphoneix, carib.. etc..

Read terms and conditions for each sportsbook and moneybookers regarding US citizens/residents before opening an account. UK and Irish books don't usually ask for proof of ID from UK residents. So, you may try to game the system even if they don't allow US citizens. But, be ready to lose your deposit/winnings if you get caught for flouting their rules.

If you are just a recreational gambler, you may have more fun walking into a betting shop and placing your bet. Actually, this is what pros have to resort to as well when their internet accounts get restricted.

Moneybookers and Neteller require proof of ID before account activation.
