5Dimes giving me a hard time with fee reimbursement...
I just deposited $300 into my 5Dimes account (new signup) after being assured that my Western Union fees would be reimbursed. I was charged $34 in fees from ** but I'm only getting credit for $18 in my account at 5Dimes. When I called I was told that only $18 was confirmed on their end, which is BS because I have an email receipt as well as proof in my ** account that the fee was $34. This was an online deposit.

Any thoughts how I can get this straightened out? I forwarded them the email receipt but I've gotten no response. I know it's only $16 but I've never had a problem doing this with Bookmaker so I don't see why 5 Dimes is giving me a hard time about it.

I'm not certain 5Dimes covers 100% of the ** fees for online ** deposits. Have you been reimbursed 100% of the fee before with them?

Actually, good news...I just got an email back saying that they would reimburse me the full amount. Here is what they said:
        ---------------------------
        Greetings,

We will put the difference of the fee in your account as a ONE time exception. We only allow CASH deposit via Western Union and you did it online any ways. Next time this will not be tolerated.
If you have any more questions regarding this or any other matter, please don't hesitate to contact us using our email, live chat or phone services.

        Best regards,

I'm glad they gave me $16 back, but to be fair they never told me beforehand that they only allowed cash deposits. Had I known I would have never done it online.

Anyway, thumbs up to 5 Dimes for finally taking care of this. Lesson learned on my part I guess.

This is to combat charge backs I believe...
