A withdrawal via moneybookers came in within a day last week.

Webmoney is a Russian local e-wallet. nowadays it is open for all countries but in Russia there are account crediting points to fund your account easily. Some European books use it lately .Although a bit mixed type of e-wallet since i can not figure it out still.You have start a programme while using it.
