Just wanted to let everyone here know that there has been no resolution. I no longer wanted the stomach aches thinking about being stiffed $5k so I gave up back in November.

Will (from Betagame) quit responding to my emails, he clearly thinks that I was trying to screw him. Lesson learned, I will not use a VPN when logging into books.

I wanted to mention also that I never heard a thing from SBR, even though I filed a complaint and sent them a few emails asking for an update.

Obviously SBR is not a forum I spend much time at, but it seems to have a strong following, so just wanting to inform the members of this forum.

Generally how long does SBR take to reply to these things?

Does SBR reply to complaints????? I've filed a complaint twice now and have not received any reply.

I have sort of given up here, but what other options would I have for trying to get my money? I got no help from the Madjacks forum where Betagame seems to be a god like book.

I play here and they've been solid for me. Received all my payouts same day. Try talking to live chat about your sign up issues. Just a HU their free plays cant be parlayed and can't be used on money lines except for baseball and hockey and there's a +120 max on those.

Is madjacks not reliable?

I've made 6 deposits with Betagame all for $500 with 100% free play offers each time. Lost all of my bets I've placed so far so haven't requested a payout yet. Live chat people have been helpful and with 100% free play offers WITH reduced juice the book seems great so far. However, like I mentioned before I have not needed a payout yet so I can't report back on how good or bad that process ends up being.

Pretty sure they don't, but you could ask their live support. If they do I'm sure the juice would be a killer. I have to say though, these guys are the fastest with payouts and I use all the books rated A-C and a couple D's. Probably withdrawn ~10k over the last year. Not a shill, but Will is the man. I would use these guys more if the bonuses were a little better.

I agree. This book is a very good book. Yes they do have limits on certain games but they always pay out and on time.

Last time I used them a few months ago they changed it to where you (or at least I ) could only use my freeplay bonus on straight wagers. No MLs, parlays or anything.

This is a ridiculous thread. BETAGAME is a bad ass book. They pay fast. Need to redeposit with them... Was with them several years before pandemic. Will, takes care of clients.
