Is BetJamaica 21+...and why?

I was going to sign up for a BetJam account and realized that you had to click a box saying that you were 21 or over. I don't plan on depositing money, I simply wanted to join the Baseball pick 3 contest, but that's an obvious put off for an 18 year old like myself.

Any idea if this is true and why they do this?

Just check the box, thats like if you want to look at porn and they want to make sure you are old enough to look at it.

My only concern is that if I ever win a contest and want to cashout, they might do the math and realize that I was making profits before I was 21 and not give me a payout. Anyone know what the deal is with this?
