Or they send an mail if they have some problem with your withdraw.
Check your mail.
If nothing................send them an mail,They've got nice support
From the other thread I saw that you didn't make the rollover.
I think that you have to wager your deposit once (MINIMUM AMMOUNT WAGERED
)before requesting the withdraw,othervise It sucks to pay the 12 euro fee.
