Hi lads i'm new here and i come here to say something bad from this bethouse

2 weekends ago they where giving a free 50% bonus 50€ max.

I sent an email asking if i could get also the bonus and i got a positive answer.

I waiting 2 weeks with my money there....

I sent some emails always with the same answer... 1st... you are not able to get the bonus, 2nd we are going to send this email to..... 3rd no bonus 4th we are sending this email to.....

I participate in a portuguese betting comunity, some had received the email and no problem some asked via email and got the same positive answer. After that... some got the bonus others don't. In one case, they credited the bonus and few hours after they took the bonus saying that was a mistake....

Sorry about the english, sorry about the mistakes and if this is the wrong place to say this in the forum.

They don't know how satisfy the clients...

Their offers are account specific so unless you received the email you were never meant to have the bonus. By contacting live chat about the specific bonus they may have thought you were entitled to it because you shouldn't have known about it unless you got the email. Of course, if you're part of a Portuguese betting community then you probbaly hear about all sorts of things not meant for you. If you get the email, you qualify. If you don't, you don't. Customer services make errors but you have to also appreciate it from their side thinking you must have the email to know about the offer.
