    Sportsbetting.com Wire Transfer problem
I requested a wire transfer on April 29th for $1,500 from Sportsbetting.com. I was told at that point it would take 7 business days to be credited to my account. I then recieved an email on May 12th saying that my withdrawl had been processed on May 5th, and that I should recieve my money within a few days. The email said to let them know if I hadn't recieved the money by today. It still has not been credited to my account. It has been 19 days since I cashed out. I just talked to someone via Live Chat and they now said I have to wait another 3 weeks because it can take banks a whole month to provide returned bank wire information. I have read many horror stories about Sportsbetting.com Cashouts. Anyone else currently having any problems with this? What should my next move be? I'm starting to think its going to take my many weeks or months to get my money now.

    Hi mesk,

    Welcome to SBR.

This is the first bank wire I can recall from them that has had this happen, so I can't chalk this up to a recurring processing problem, but their response does seem reasonable enough. I'd wait out the time-frame, and if you're still getting the run-around submit a complaint form.

don't believe any of the horror stories you will get your money. My guess is there may have been a problem with the wire. IS THIS YOUR FIRST WIRE? You should have tried it out to make sure you had all the numbers correct first then put in for the real withdrawal. I have been paid over 20 times this year with NO ISSUES at all. I would call them and speak to them on the phone those idiots on live chat don't know anything.

        That's comforting.

Yes this is my first bank wire. I went and doublechecked the withdrawl conformation they sent me via email and all of the numbers are correct. Also I called my bank today and said they have recieved no wire attempt of any sort.

When I was filling out the info in order to withdrawl using a bank wire they asked for my bank address. My bank is quite popular and there are many different branches in my area. I asked the customer service rep. which address I should use. He told me to use the one that I have the account with. Well, I have an account at every branch, so I just used the one closest to me and the one I bank at most often. I wonder if I should have used the national address for the bank. Maybe that has nothing to do with it.

meskwakipro call and speak to someone over the phone at sportsbetting. You will get this all worked out all this issues are from long ago 6+ months ago. the address really shouldn't matter I used the address that I opened with....call and speak to someone on the phone ask to speak to simon he is a decent guy and has been there for a while. You should have put in for a small amount and once that got through went for the real withdrawal...best of luck it will all work out. Just don't open multiple accts and you wll be ok...i'll bet on it!!

I just called custumer service and they told me the exact same thing that I was told on Livechat. I also asked what would happen if after 3 business weeks they hadn't heard anything from my bank and I still hadn't recieved my money. He assured me they would hear something and said they would send an email once they did. So I guess I just need to wait it out now.

If you didn't circumvent limits, abuse bonuses, open multiple accounts, bet related parlays, or do anything else that could be interpreted as trying to win a bet, you'll get paid. It just might take some time.

I guess I just needed to be a little more patient. Money was credited to my bank account this morning. The full 1500 was transfered. It's still pending, so I suppose my bank might take out fees still. Thanks for the help though!
