Boylesports refuse to pay Free bet.

I wan't ask if somebody here got the same problem as me.
I've opened an account at Boylesports throw an promotion to get an Free bet.
I've placed my first bet,and the next day I've got the Free bet.
But when I tried to place my bet i've got this message:

Our automatic risk controls have rejected your bet. Please place your bet via our call centre by calling 1800 44 00 00 UK 0800 44 00 00 (Overseas +353 42 939 3002)

When I asked what is the problem I only got an transparent explanation that I've tried to place an bet on an restricted market.
But it seems that all the markets are one big restricted market.
I don't want to go any futher with this because it's a small bet.
Just want to know if anybody here had this kind of experience with them.

Yes Boylesports are notorious for this kind of behaviour, they limit incredibly quickly. Best thing to try is Premier League games, and horses, if you start betting on Greek Div2 matches your account will be shut down quicker than you can say Feta Cheese. If you still cannot place a bet online, give them a call i have found before you can place a reasonable size online. Once they set your account like this, that's it, ether lower the stake size or just give up.

Now I saw that I had placed on an south american match and that I think is the problem.
Since not evem 0.1 Euro it's too high risk for them I will take the last option.
