Book recommendations?

Hey guys, I'm new to the sports betting scene and would like some help choosing a place to play. My friend got me started with playersonly but I found out their rating is a D- which worries me. I tried Legendz but they don't seem to have much variety on the NBA which is where I will be mainly betting on. I was gonna go with The Greek but I'm only 20 years so that wasn't an option. Anyone have any advice on which book to use? I would like a place with one free withdrawal a month since I'm only gonna be betting in the low hundreds. So basically
-NBA lines/props
-Easy to deposit/withdraw
-Under 21
-I'm in the USA
Or if anyone wants to tell me about the difference between a local book and an online one that would be appreciated. I'm in San Diego FYI.

Nevada and NJ is 21 for casino. Horses and dogs are 18 I believe.

Thanks guys, I think I'll go with 5dimes(I didn't notice they had the free withdrawal until I talked to the live chat representative). Betfair looks like a good site but I'm in the US so I don't think I can play there.
