When's Pinnacle supposed to be back up?

Something big must be happening there I imagine.. so many periods of scheduled downtime in the last few weeks suggests they're testing/developing something..

Pinnacle are consistently let down by the amateurishness and incompetence of their IT operation, over quite a period of time now. For example, when any other book has downtime they put a note to this effect on their webpage with an indication of how long they expect the downtime to last. With Pinnacle it's just 'webpage not found' or similar. I'm not clear how an A+ rating can be justified where the technology is clearly D-.

Ruby, they did have a notice up, for the last few days in fact. This latest period was to last this morning from 1:00 to 7:00 EST, though they have obviously underestimated their downtime.
