Matchbook bill pay option

Ugh, this is making me nervous that nobody else received the bill pay email. I might be the guinea pig for them. I sent funds through this option and the processor is saying that they haven't received the funds. Over 6 business days have elapsed since I sent the funds. The email said that funds should be received in 1-3 days.

I received this email also and have corresponded with matchbook about it. I'm planning on using it tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.

The email referenced in the original post was in fact from Matchbook's official email address.

If anyone experiences a delay using this method, please give Matchbook a call.

After a few follow-up emails, the funds have been credited to my account. I don't know if they just received the payment or giving them additional details finally let them match the payment to my account. I have a feeling that bill pay is only offered via email because it is still in testing. I will probably go back to bank wires in the future. I never had any complications with them.
