    Take a Screenshot
I encourage everyone to take a screenshot of your bet.

Press printscreen on keyboard, open up mspaint, click edit and click paste.
A screenshot should appear, save it and if there's a dispute you can at least show them that (although they'll probably come back and say its photoshopped)

If you use firefox there is at least one screen grab add-on, probably several - my one of choice is ScreenGrab.

Select what you want to save and where, and it'll put a *.png or *.jpg file there.

I do that when I mistrust a book.

What book are you nervous about Esco?

Bwin has ripped me off twice now. Do a search on the thread I started

Its no wonder they only get a C- rating.
Luckily the amounts werent too big but others havent been so fortunate.

Avoid bwin, I'm gonna give betfair a try

I use Hoversnap - hit printscreen, it dumps the image it to a file in a preset directory.

Only ever needed it 3 or 4 times, and all but one were my error, but still put my mind at rest :-)

I was still up slightly overall, so I cut my losses on the 2 lost bets, withdrew my account and bwin will never see me again!

I'll give betfair a try and maybe Pinnacle and betjamaica also

sbr has one as well... but it only works with Internet Explorer (which is why I quit using it...)

Thanks for this... I really like the capture the complete page/frame option...

Snagit is a fantastic tool as well. I love the scrolling capture. You can get the installable program at oldversion.com and then find yourself some key codes to unlock the software if you're just slightly resourceful.
