Hi, I'd welcome opinoins on what is reasonable in this situation.

I signed up a while ago and made a deposit which was given an automatic bonus. Last week I started betting with them. First they settled a small losing bet as a winner and a larger winning bet as a loser. Emailed them about it and two days later they sorted it out - so I'd missed the chance to bet on soccer over the weekend.
Next day no settlement of the snooker, so I emailed and they settled but settled both my bets as winners, when one was a loser.
Emailed and told them, and asked them to remove the bonus and payout the remainder of my balance (which is less than my deposit.)
They replied I have to play out the full bonus wagering requirement.

Question - am I being reasonable asking to lose the bonus and get a payout? If so, can SBR help to get this actioned, since the book is refusing?

Books have the right to insist that you meet rollover and keep bonuses. Some books may choose to let you waive it, but that is an option, not requirement.

I'd be very hesitant to play at Heroes after their decision on the casino case. These other problems you describe suggest the book is being mismanaged.
