Is BetPhoenix weird by posting 4.5 inning lines instead of 5 inning lines like the other places? I don't recall seeing any other places posting 4.5 lines.
Wonder if there is a value play to be made on the visiting team spreads and ML getting an extra chance at bat, and the home team getting shorted?
