    Problems with PinnacleSports - HELP!!!
I have been playing with Pinnacle for many months now, but recently I have tried to make cashouts and they have been ignored. My deposit was not subject to any rollover requirements so there should be no problem. I have made 20+ cashout requests which have all been completely ignored, and I have sent 20+ emails, none of them getting a response.
I have emailed from other accounts not registered with PinnacleSports, and the only response I get is "plese email from your registered account", which I do, which then gets ignored.
My balance is less than $3,000 so according to Pinnacle's site it should take less than 30 minutes.
I have no idea what to do, I'm a student with bills and my money is trapped.
    PLEASE HELP!!!!

Are you sure your emails are being ignored? Hard to believe this, really. And, as far as I know, there is a one time rollover imposed on deposited funds.

Yes, I have added csd@pinnaclesports.com to my protected email list to make sure it doesn't go to junk...nothing. In addition, my deposit did not receive a bonus, and anyways I have been playing for months now anyways.
Pinnacle has such a good reputation, which is why this is so shocking.

I'll email this thread to them and see if we can assist in some way.

PM me your account number please.

I made my deposit through Moneybookers, and tried to cashout that way many times. I even tried a cashout via Bank Wire Transfer, with no luck.

very strange situation, even if they would ignore your emails for some reason (spam or something) they must receive your withdrawal request made from their webpage.
I had a quite big withdrawal from them a month ago and everything went perfect so you really should not worry about your money

                  Hockeyman,
You can expect someone from CS to contact you today. It sounds like there is a glitch somewhere. Pinnacle said they had 6 emails from you that were replied to. Even when Pinnacle CS needs a mgr. response they normally send you something general right away. Hopefully you can give us the good news today.

Thanks for your help, the problem is resolved! They were missing documentation from a CC deposit I'd made a long time ago. I still don't know why my emails weren't responded to, but at least my cashouts aren't ignored anymore. I really appreciate the help, I was getting nowhere on my own.
                      Cheers.
