I don't play there, but i got an email about their new "game", Football Frenzy. It basically is a Sim football season where you can bet on the games. Then after you bet, they have spread, over/under and ML, they play out the games and tell you if you win. Has anyone tried this? Is there any way to see what the odds/win rate is on this? seems like a complete scam, not that sportsbook.com is that great to begin with...

#2here is the skinny on this game, I recently deposited 21.00 in my account last wednesday. Lost 5 playing poker then found Football frenzy. The game of football is my love and I knw this was the game for me instantly. Its awesome fun. but it does have a few hair raisers.
I took on the first season and bet small..1.00-2.00 and hit a few 2 game parlays. After the first day..(3 seasons) I had made 47.00. then the next day using my math formula and my knowledge played 4 seasons and ammassed 95.00. betting small on moneyline with a few parlays is how you make good money. It takes a while but after my 3rd day I had played anther 4 seasons and had ammassed 150.65. I thought that this was criminal and a new found way to supplement my income.
Today was a different story. I kept to my usual betting 1.00-2.00 and made 6.00 in my first season and 12 in my second..the 3rd season was weird though. I made a 20.00 bet on baltimore vs new orleans in the playoffs. Balti had been a force during the season only giving up 200 points all year..best overall D and supurb offense. Going against a subpar NO team that allowed more than 26 PPg and barely beat thier opponent the week before. I ran the filter and for some reason NO crushes Balti (best team of the year) 42-6..at baltimore. I understand any given sunday...but 42 on that d..at home..OK.
the hot streak was then destroyed..and so was NO the next week. they got smashed by Minn. so it wasnt a case of a team getting hot in the playoffs. Burned me.
I still had good bankroll and found a game that was poised for a cash cow...the next season Arizona was undefeated scoring 33 PPG on offense and allowing only 12. Hosting a monday night game against the 2-5 st louis rams who scored a lathargic 11 points on offense and gave up 28 PPg to opponents. I took Arizona on moneyline because the spread was 10. I got a -280 or so on my money but still..a 145.00 bet would accrue me a good 50-60 bucks. It was a solid bet. I went for it without much worry. Ran filter and when I see that St loius crushed Arizona @ home 27-0 I was in udder shock. Arizona..on Monday night whom had the hottest offense and was undefeated and at home lays a goose egg to a 2-5 team who scores 11 a game and gives up monster chunks of points.
Im broke now...but this is what you need to know. Bet small and take your time. KEEP YOUR BETS SMALL. I think the filter sways to big bets to nuke you. and cash out after you hit 100.00. I also found that after I hit 95.00 the teams were alot tougher to pick in games. The margin of PPg and points Given really got congested to make them alike. earlier we had teams that won 75% of the time and it dropped to a 34% in the playoffs. The away dogs were making alot of seriously sickning moves, crushing divisional winners.
I still love the game and with time will get all my money back...but dont get greedy like I did..something is fishy.
Notes: the system is inda flukey too. They have teams meeting each other back to back with the home side never switching...ex. Chicago -4 @ GB +4..then the next week Chicago -4 @ GB +4 with completely differnt outcomes..GB will win by 13 then get crushed by 30. They have alot of unrealistic scores too. Like 58-66.
And one time the scores for a game that wasnt on the schedule popped out of nowhere after the Monday night game...St loius vs seattle...extremely wierd.Comment -
