Friday afternoon I logged into my account to bet some basketball games and I noticed my balance was $105 less then it should have been. So I looked at my transaction and there were two bets, one for 50 and one for 55. I contacted customer service and asked how they were placed and by whom. The only info they could give me was that they were over the phone. So i quickly called up to change my account password, but they could give me no details about the wagers being placed, other then that it was over the phone. Has anyone had wagers randomlly show up in their account?

It might have been a clerical typo - a goof where a phone bet was put into the wrong account.
There should be a recording of the conversation. I would call customer support, ask to speak to a manager, and dispute that you made those wagers. They will get the recording and see if the right password was entered.

Thanks Justin. I did get a hold of a manager, and they checked the tapes and did refund my mind. I didn't even consider the fact that they woudl record them. Thanks for the adviseComment -
