I signed up today because I got a free play to sign up and I just have a question about their rules.

Does this mean that if my balance were to reach $250 without ever doing a deposit I should stop wagering and request a payout? Then re-deposit that money if I want to win more? Or does it mean I can't win more then $250 off the free wager bets. So once i win the free wager and it becomes real money in the account I can do what I want with it? I'm a little confused. Seems silly to have to withdraw 250 then deposit it again and pay all those fees just so I could play with the money I won.

Suppose I could just ask them, but thought I'd throw the question out there anyway.

$250 max is the maximum you can withdraw from this promotion, if you don’t want to take a withdrawal but rather leave your winnings in the account that would be fine. If your balance at the time is higher that $250, what we will do is bring the balance down to $250, from that point on any winnings you have are yours to keep. You are right it doesn’t make much sense to send you the winnings just so you can turn around and send them back to us.
Now some customers are confused about the rollover, the rollover is not on the amount of the free play but the amount that is won from it, so for example if you win $20 with the free play your rollover will be 20 x 8= $160 and not 64 x 8= $512. Keep in mind this promotion is offered as a free play, so only winnings from it will be credited to the account, not the free play amount and the winnings.

Something else that sucks about BetPhoenix is that you can deposit funds and accept their bonus but even after meeting their rollover you cant withdraw your funds for 14 to 30 days depending on the bonus you took. What a joke. So if you want your winnings you can let your account sit for a week or two and then take out the winnings if you want. I have never heard of a book having a rollover AND a waiting period. One or the other would work just fine and be fair too.

Actually several books have a roll over and a certain amount of time from date of deposit if you take a bonus...

if you call and get in touch directly with fred or jay galloway or one of the guys there ,they usually will give you the bonus without the hold. I always ask any book if there is a hold on any bonus I get and they had a ten day hold on one bonus , but not on the others after I contacted those guys directly. try contacting fred or jay galloway or richard in cs and see if they can help you.
