I recently set up a new account on Betjamaica. When I tried to call their posted phone number to fund the account, I consistently got a busy signal. I then tried to use their live chat feature but received a message that no representitive was available. I then sent them a message complaining about their support. I have not received a reply. I was setting up this account because of the high ratings from SBR. This has been a huge disappointment and I wondered if I'm the only one have problems with this site or if anyone out there knows whats going on.

That is odd stickler, but this should be the height of any problems you have at BetJam. They usually respond fairly quickly to emails so I would suggest sending one off. Hopefully you`re not left waiting as well if you choose to go this route.Comment -
Did you try live support more than once? That happens every now and then but 99% of the time, there is someone there it seems. Be patient, it's a great site.Comment -

Actually I had some trouble getting someone on live chat yesterday around 8PM eastern time, but I sent them an e-mail and my ** deposit was credited within 45 minutes.Comment -

I ususally do this when I am having a hard time reaching them..
It would be a lot easier to do this..
