So I've never in my 8 years of offshore wagering have experienced any problems other your standard payout delays..

I use 5dimes from time to time putting a max of 300 to 500 at a time when I feel like wagering like an idiot..

So long story short made some wagers and they lost so I re-up 300 and when I check my balance I have a little over a dime in the account, so I place 4 wagers = the amount in my account, all 4 wagers lose..

5dimes graded a losing wager as win and I bet with the money and they are telling me I owe them $392 from those wagers because i bet with money that wasn't mine. But I didn't know that until today when i went to deposit $300 and waited like an hour before contacting them and they told me I owed this, my account balance said $0 not -$392 when I made the deposit.

So i'm guessing if those wagers would have won they would have just canceled the wagers but since they lost I owe them money according to them.

I'm being accused of taking advantage of them. I just figured the wagers would be canceled and that would be the end of it..

So what are my options here?? No manager on duty until tomorrow according to them.

We will talk with 5D in the AM. My guess based on what you said here is mgt. will cancel wagers where your funds were not at risk. Is your official balance negative according to cs or did you end up making a deposit to it today?

I am sure that they would cancel those wagers if you had won. if they make problems do not play with them any more.

the balance said $0 and I made a deposit of $300 and then about 30 minutes later i checked the transaction history to see if they rec. the deposit and it showed a neg. balance of -$92 and that the balance was neg. $-392 and they accepted the deposit towards that neg balance.

So the balance is still neg $92 and I'm out $300

My point exactly if the wagers would have won they would have voided them right away..

I have to contact the manager at 12est time according to them

what their saying is I combined the balance I had available with the graded mistake amount to make a wager, the wager lost and I owe them that money for it

Thanks for the update TG1. That's a tough one for the house. What seems like a brief grading error puts them in a no-win situation. If player wins, it's the book's fault for showing you funds that you didn't have. The player claims he would have deposited to make the same bet and house is on the spot to honor it. If it loses, player can say it wasn't a real bet since the book allowed him to make a wager with nothing at risk.

about 5 dimes always check your wagers with them. A couple of times they graded my wager as loss (but it was a win)

In other case I still like 5 dimes. They offer some really good lines and pay good.
