Interwetten - Is there any possible way to have 2 bank accounts on file?

I have an issue where the player requested a withdrawal to a certain bank account. The money was sent, but to a 2nd account with more expensive wire charges he says. An account which he used long ago. The sportsbook says there is no way because only one account can be on file at any time. The player keeps this information updated. Do you know if this is fact? Player is adamant. So is the book in denying it to be possible.

as far as i can tell it isn't possible to online add a second bank account or even change the details of the first one.

when requesting a payout you get your standard bank data of the one bank registered, with the message below "If you require payment to be made to another account, please forward all relevant transfer and account details to service.en@interwetten.com. "

yup, I sent them the details through email but it was a very very long time ago
