I received a tracking number for my courier check yesterday, which was exactly 3 weeks from the date of my request. I will update when I actually receive it. I should also mention that they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the $50 fee last week when I politely requested that they do so via live chat.

    Hope this helps.

WSEX: did you remove the $50 fee for book-to-books?
Yesterday a transfer to MB was free for me, this would be a sign of good will to make customers happy again with payouts.

I would love to hear that the b2b fee has been removed.

This is it for me for WSEX.

Last time, my FedEx check took 3 weeks to arrived ,and they refunded my 50 dollar fees.

This time, my check took more than 3 weeks, they did sent me a tracking number, however it is not FedEx or anything courier, it is the old slow usps that takes forever, and they refused to refund my fee, and WSEX poster Judy are pretty active to solve issue last time, however, both my private message and emails has gone unanswered.

This is it for me. SBR SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

This is not an A+ book, B book at the best.

WSEX states on its website that courier withdrawals will normally be processed in 4-7 business days but MIGHT take longer due to processing delays.

The problem is that there is a 0% chance that any withdrawal request will ever be processed in that 4-7 business day timeframe. I have made numerous withdrawals from WSEX and the quickest turnaround time was 2 1/2 weeks (around 12 business days).

When customers request withdrawals and they see that 4-7 day estimate for processing time, they expect to receive the check in that time frame.

World Sports Exchange simply needs to change the estimated timeframe on the website from 4-7 business days to at least 10-15 business days. This way customers won't get angry when the checks take 3 weeks to arrive. If the withdrawal is miraculously processed sooner, no customer would be upset that the check arrived too quickly.

Disclosure: I have a $5,000 withdrawal pending since February 23rd that I requested Federal Express and paid the additional $50 fee. I was told today that the check has been requested but they would not give me any timeframe on when I can expect to receive the check.

WSEX is A+ in every respect when it comes to safety but their withdrawal processing has always been one of the WORST in the industry. The funny thing is that their sister site Matchbook processes fed ex withdrawals the same day and I routinely receive checks requested within 3 business days from Matchbook.

I have to add as well that I've waited my Neteller withdrawal for 14 days now and I have not ben able to connect to anybody on their live chat.

How closely are they involved financially with Matchbook? Should I start worrying about Matchy as well?

This is completely unforgiveable. 2 weeks for Neteller is not just pathetic; Its laughably pathetic.

I gotta say, I don't post 30 to 40 times a day, but I've been part of the Forum from pretty much Day01, give or take a month, and the experiences I've read of in this thread seem to be part of a disturbing trend here at SBR.

It was bad enough that the Betonline situation was pretty much ignored (There can be no other word for it) but for WSEX to continue to maintain it's A+ rating is mind-boggling. I realize many books have processor issues (Which is starting to become an all too familiar and convenient excuse) but there is no chance whatsoever that this book should be at the same level as Pinnacle, Greek or Cris, who never seem to have these processor issues, at least in my case.

I'm not naive enough to believe that financial support isn't the root of SBR's unwillingness to downgrade, but to pretend that that has nothing to do with it is insulting to the extreme. Personally, SBR has been a wonderful aide for me, helping me out with disputes involving SportBet, Will Hill and a $20,000 consfication threat from ABC Islands. But it seems that was a different era.

Anyway, point is I wouldn't deposit into WSEX again with somebody else's money, despite what SBR has them rated as here. Ok, rant over. Good luck to those who are getting screwed here.

*Late addon: Congrats BadAzz on getting paid.

I have also been waiting for my Neteller withdrawal, it is over a week now. Good to hear that some people are receiving their money.

I have a friend who has the same problem, and he decided it was worth the $50 fee to do a sportsbook transfer WSEX -> Matchbook and it got processed the same day, a $10,000 move.

So that is some support for their story that they have processor issues, and not financial issues.

Good points andywend. We saw Bodog had to come to terms with not being able to keep up with their stated payouts as they went through their delays. 20 business days didn't look good but now, when Bodog says 5 days, they have the player's confidence that that's what it is.
Right now WSEX is inside one month and expected things to turn around faster. Non-US Players may have noticed that Neteller across the board is slower than it has ever been. They are making it very difficult for some banks of books with US customers to send money to their non-US players. I agree a better line of communication and more frequent updates would have made this period easier to weather.

                                        Moneybookers

I understand that checks are taking weeks to process, however I have had made 4 separate moneybookers withdrawl requests and havent received a dime in my moneybookers account. I keep getting the run around about problems with their cashiers page etc. How can it take a week at a supposed A rated sportsbook to fix a cashiers page problem. I then inquired about Instadebit withdrawl and was given same runaround. In the past I have received transfers within a day. This is ridiculous. This is the latest response I received:

                                        Dear Greg,
Thanks for contacting World Sports Exchange.

                                          March 21st update:

Its now been 26 days since I requested my fed ex courier withdrawal request from WSEX and I have been given no status whatsoever on when I can expect to receive my check. The poster "WSEX" did attempt to help me and said a "Judy" would be contacting me but she never did.

On the plus side, I requested a withdrawal from Matchbook on Tuesday and received it yesterday.

                                          Matchbook A+ all the way.

The poster WSEX is pretty good at getting things taken care of just give him some time. I received a pm on 3/17 from him saying that he would move my 2/27 withdrawal to the front of the line and low and behold I received my check via fed ex yesterday. I am still waiting on one payout from 3/9 so we'll see how long that takes.
