Jetbull bonus restrictions

I am new here.... I am Portuguese and I use several sportbooks for my betting activity.
I've been consulting some useful threads about withdraw problems for some time and finally decided to register myself, now I am having problems with Jetbull.... I've already submited your complaint form, but I'd like to listen what you have to say about my problem with Jetbull.

I deposited 100€ and got 100€ bónus as advertised, some months ago. After some bets I lost all my balance. I didn't used trebles, only single bets.
Some weeks later, I deposited again and now I managed to make some profit. I want to withdraw some money, but they say I haven't wagered the 500€ in trebles yet! How is this possible if I have no bonus in my account, now? Adding to this, the terms and conditions doesn't state nothing about this, like all the other sportsbooks. But Jetbull works diferently form the others.....

Do you know more sportsbooks where the bonus resctrictions continue after losing bonus+deposit?

What can I do, now?

Welcome to SBR, Xanax. It seems odd having to meet a bonus requirement from a previous deposit. I would like to see the full terms and conditions, but it appears that terms are in a pop up box after one deposits into the sports book, a last second read before confirming and/or submitting your request???

I didn't get this impression from the TOC's I read, but unsure since I haven't deposited and seen the full remainder of TOC's I read about on another forum a few weeks back.
