Where do i start ??

Well i have been waiting for a withdrawl for weeks now off these guys and have just had absolutely no success despite numerous emails online chats and private messages to and from RJPheonix i am absolutely worn out now with the whole thing and just want my money and to be out of there.

I am not a rich guy and this money is money i need i have around 5000 eur there and have completed all workarounds needed .

I found this site initially through a google search and at the time i had a complaint about Jetbull which i filled in a complaint form and had pete@sportsbookreview here giving me great help and updating me on the situation almost daily, for some reason when i filled in the complaint form against BetOt i have just recieved one email from a guy called Bill Dozer and even though i mailed him back saying im getting the runaround nothing else has been done.

At the moment i am looking for any helpful advice , what else can i do? I live in Ireland btw, should i contact a solicitor ? Who regulates these guys ? Any advice on the next step to take would be greatly appreciated.

I am willing to take any form of payout i just want my money back out of these so i can have a few bets on cheltenham.

As far as I can make out, BetOT went broke, and the former management there has headed for the airport and parts unknown. Not surprising, their bonus offers were stupid, my dog could have won money there.

So far Betpheonix has been picking up the pieces for their former turnkey. How it all turns out, "we shall see". Always good to have an attorney I guess, otherwise they would be out of work, but no idea what you think one can do for you in this situation.

I really have no idea what is going on with betot.

Ive still had no response to any emails sent since 15th Feb and cs will only say ive more wr to do.

Betot site is still taking my bets so if they have gone bust and all legged it then who is running the site and taking the bets.

If Phoenix are really a seperate company to betot then its good that they are trying to help by paying withdrawls but why are they continuing to run the Betot site and taking bets.

Hopefully I will get a response at some point as to where i stand.
