I was told they do it in parts, as in if you are owed $2500 you get two moneygrams for $1000, one for $500. Guess that avoids ID and reporting hassles.

As peep said, they just break it up and spread it out... Sometimes they will do one a day or multiple in the same day but keep them at around $900 for the most part...

This is your answer. I believe anything over $900.00 raises flags with **. So they would split it up.

But realistically Dac, do you plan on having this problem?

We routinely process MoneyGram transfers up to $2,999.00 without any issues whatsoever. The ** clerks at WalMart and grocery stores are absolutely clueless and while you do have to show your ID to receive the funds, WalMart pays out in cash on the spot as they have plenty of loot on hand. While I would not recommend that US players use this option on any kind of a regular basis, periodically receiving funds in this manner is much less conspicuous than depositing checks from foreign banks into to your US account.

                Judge is right.

Wal Mart is very easy to receive your ** money.
