Anyone has a contact at matchbook? someone that can move things over there?

If so, can I get his contact details? ( here or by private message ).

I have a personal issue over there and until now I was dealt by useless clerks.

You can always fill out a complaint form and somebody at SBR will inquire to Matchbook on your behalf in order to resolve your grievances sir.

But this is not a complain, I want to get a special benefit at matchbook therefore I have asked for a contact person.
