I am opening a new thread concerning the problems with the pay outs for everyone who has an account at betot and asking for a payout the last weeks.
The funny thing is what betot is writing on their homepage

How can they write this knowing they are at this moment to slowest one to pay ... No sportsbook needs 7-10 business days to pay out; The other I have pay immediately (bet365, prono and bwin)
I started my request on Monday Feb16th. I mailed them every day and in attachment I mailed a copy of my EID (electronic identity card) and proof of adress (to be sure they would not ask another proof, I mailded 3 proofs 1) copy letter of moneybookers to verify my adress 2) copy of **** bill with the header and adress and 3) copy of bank receipt). I mailed this every day, so 4 times and I was very surprised to get this email from Alex

We have receive your pay out request and it has been forward to management for approval mean while please for security purposes email a copy of your ID and a Utility bill to cs@betot.com so we can process your request once management has approve it at the current time due to the rush of pay outs any pay out request is taking between 7-10 business to be process from the day of the request. Also please let us know if you want a neteller or a moneybookers pay out.

Unbelievable when you know I mailed this allready 4 times earlier today and this week ???
How can a payout takes 7-10 business days ?? why isn't the rating downgraded yet ???
I liked to use betot, because they are the fastest sportsbook to settle the pending bets ... game over and one minute later the bet was settled, congrats about this. I wished the payouts were settled as fast
