Did a ********** a few months back get a letter from law firm today
I could not get paid from a very bad sportsbook a few months back so I went to my bank and did chargebacks for my deposits. I get letter today from JMC telling me I owe their client 1500. I mean what can they do? I am from the US, I know it's not good to ********** but this book would not pay up after months of screwing me around so I had no choice. I am just wondering what are the chances theytake it to court when thier client is running an illegal operation by letting US players play. What do you guys think I should do?

You need to tell them in writing that you dispute the debt. Ask for a receipt of the charge, and an itemization.

If this is a law firm, you might report them to their state bar association for trying to collect an illegal debt.

Interesting, guess it could be a pretend law firm, like a Nigerian thing. Did you google the law firms name to see if they were legit GJONES?

Send them a letter within 30 days disputing the validity of the debt. Tell them its not yours

                    No chance.

What are they going to say in court the charge was for?
