Gamblers Palace has been on a downhill slide for quite awhile. Fortunately no STIFFS that I know of. But they will screw around big-time.

I hope you get it worked out ASAP.

i have no reason to bad mouth these people except for the fact they won,t pay up , the facts are i originally requested a $2000 withdrawl ( ballance $3300 )around jan10 when nothing happened after about 2 weeks i phoned them , the first of many calls since, i was informed they were incapable of making payouts by any method other than cheque max of $1000 , this amount has now dropped to about $850 apparently , the only reason they eventually gave for this bizzare behaviour was they didn,t wan,t to draw attention to themselves in the banking community and quote "naturally we assume you don,t want to draw attention to yourself either " i have no ****ing idea what they're talking about i don,t know about them but i am certainly not doing anything illegal . As an upate they have paid me now $850 by bank transfer after charging $60 in fees and nothing further , so its taken 9 weeks so far to extract a lousy $850 god help anyone who has 10 grand in there and tries to get it out and yes i did fill out a complaint form with SBR well over a month ago with no reply so i then sent an e-mail to bill dozer with no reply ,i just assumed you guys didn,t care about it! I can honestly say in the 5 years or so i,ve been gambling online this Gamblers Palace book is the worst for trying to get a withdrawl processed , its even worse than the now defunct Sunsetsports and thats saying something.

            LOL.

And it sounds like you are player bashing.

They can accept a deposit in two minutes. Don't you think the book should be able to pay a player in two days?

I have no trouble believing OP's story. It is completely consistent with the direction GP has been going for a long time.

I hate to hear about someone filing a complaint and not getting any acknowledgement for a month though. That is also consistent with an ongoing pattern. SBR does wonderful things so maybe they should be above criticism. But I really think they could do a lot - without much effort - to at least let people know whether or not they are in the queue.

I have also been stuffed around with payouts. At the time of the Superbowl they declined to take any more action from me, and promised to transfer my balance to my neteller account within two weeks. Nothing happened then about three weeks ago, they asked if they could do a bank wire transfer instead. That was fine by me, but still nothing. I have filed a complaint form, hoping something may come of it.

Well , well my post yesterday stirred someone into action , within 60 minutes of my post $800 magically appeared in my , wait for it , neteller a/c sent from Gamblers Palace, so they are able to process neteller withdrawls if they want . I,m a bit confused though $800 wasn,t the requested amount and they haven,t even deducted it from my a/c but hey any progress is good .

And for Mudcat please don,t mistake my rant against GP as critisism of SBR's response , i only mentioned the complaint form because Bill asked , I cannot speak more highly of the whole SBR outfit and Bill Dozer in particular who saved my bacon a few years back now . Anyhow thanks for your post .

It is now nearly 6 months since Gamblers Palace refused to accept any more bets from me and said that my funds would be returned to me within 2 weeks. With help from Justin, they have paid me a little bit every month and I now have received a bit less than half of what I am owed. They keep promising to make 2 payments per week, but at best they are coming at one a month - usually $400 or $500.

Of concern was my latest conversation on LiveChat when I was told (again) that although I would be paid eventually, they were unable to tell me when I would receive the next payment - in fact it was suggested that I shouldn't expect anything until the football season started. The excuse was that that was when their funds would be freed up. Back in February, I was told that I would get my money when the Football season finished, because that was when their funds would be freed up!

                      Dear Customer;

Due to seasonal restrictions on processing amounts set in place by financial institutions we are sorry to inform you that your payout will take a bit longer than usual. Please understand that these restrictions on limits are in no way related to the availability of your winnings however to process your withdrawal via the requested method will regrettably take a bit longer than usual as we work

to stay under the set limits imposed on us. I will pass your account information onto the accounting department and they will contact you with an estimated time frame for when you can expect to receive your winnings. Again we are very sorry for the delay, but be assured that we are constantly working to improve our processing capabilities to avoid these delays in the future. Come the middle of september they will allow more to flow through and in a timely manner.

Estimiated time frame of funds to be completed and out the door is 10 business days or less.

                      Regards

                      Laura

This book shorts players on parlay payouts so it doesn't surprise me they cheat in other ways.

it's always a problem when it comes to payout. a lot of books have been doing this. they always have a reason why they can't release our money. but, they are all fast in accepting our deposits.. crazy $#i+
