Hello, I'm new at this forum and I registered because I need your help and experience.
I registered, deposit and bet at william hill and I won, more than once. Now I would like to withdraw my money and they requested a document that could prove my age. A normal procedure.
The problem started when I already sent 6 or 7 emails from differente emails account and they keep saying they didn't receive none of them. I don't receive any email saying the email wasn't delivered and I tried to send to williamhill and to other email, at the same time. Yes, the email is receipt in the other account. I called them 3 or 4 times.
The only solution they present is to send a fax. But I'm student and I don't have a fax machine at home and I don't want to spend 4 or 5€ to send a fax when I can do it for free through a simple email.
Anyone had a similar experience?
PS: I confirmed the williamhill email more than once, I wrote it, I copied it, I tried all.
