This is going to sound like a dumb/naive question to some, but I am very curious about the answer, and it strikes me that I have no idea what the answer is. All else equal, with the same withdrawal method, can Canadian residents get their money out faster than a similarly-situated US resident?
Hypothetical:
Player A is a U.S. resident, with a U.S. back account, and is playing with book B, which is some run-of-the-mill B-rated SBR book. They request a 5k bank wire transfer.
Player C is a Canadian resident, with a Canadian bank account, and is playing at the same book. They request a 5k wire transfer to their bank account.
Who, on average, gets their wire transfer first, and is it a significant difference?
