BetJam is the best book IMO, but for customer service, they are quite curt. BetPhoenix seems the friendliest and tries the hardest to assuage any problems you may have.

I'll agree with this assessment of BetJam. When they first started, the customer service was nothing short of amazing but it's gone downhill recently.

Am new to SBR forum.
I would say customer service is sometimes one of the most overlooked component of marketing for online bookmakers.

To many, we wont make contact with a bookmaker's customer service unless we encounter some problems and this is when you will tear your hair out if you speak to some executives who wouldn't care less about your concerns.

Generally, I find Asian bookmakers have very patient and good customer service. The service culture in Asia is very different from that of the west comparing upscale establisments (not saying that one's good or bad over the other). Those who have been to a casino in Vegas vs one in Macau will understand what I am trying to say. The feeling is different.

Would like to hear if anyone else has got any experience about good customer service with any bookmakers.

I dont have a problem with Betjamaica.com, people say they come off as snobby or rude. Maybe it is there tone of voice, but when you want something taken care of they do it. I can only imagine some of the phone calls they get from degenerates daily and how there mood my change, no excuse, but most of the people complaining and reviewing are usually the ones causing problems or being annoying.

the verification department is to blame in most bookies for this.

and bet365 is one of the worst , everytime there's a "robot" that will copy/paste your answer

There are 2 types of customer service....customer service for deposits and customer service for payouts. For example...The dishonest, corrupt Sportbet has just wonderful customer service when they are trying to get their teeth on your money, but the second you make your deposit that all changes. The minute you want to get a payout, they start screwing around with you, looking for ways to stall you or just flat out stiff you. Stay away from these crooks!!!


Oh and for best customer service...Definately Betjamaica or Legendz

I totally agree with you Just. For some reason, those bookies whose CS are located in Asia, is far way better CS than those in the west. Maybe because of the culture and they are not just as blunt as the other. And the courtesy that Asians would actually give.

But in the end it will still depend on the experience you had with their CS.
